Great customer service and great power!

Unfortunately after a month of using it, the motor got weaker and weaker until it stopped working. But I knew the return date had passed and I contacted the company directly to see if they could do something about it. They gave me a brand new Voltrx electric shaker bottle straight away, for free! I was very happy. Overall, I really like this electric water bottle. although the motor is broken, they have great customer service.
