Non-Eligibility  Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled under the following circumstances:

Orders Already Shipped: If your order has already been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please refer to our Returns and Exchange Policy for further information.

Customized or Personalized Products: Products that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for cancellation.

Quality Assurance:

Before shipping, all products undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure they are free from defects. If, however, you receive a product with any quality issues due to transportation mishandling, please promptly inform us via email.

Return Time Window:

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we would unable accepeted a refund or exchange.

Quality-related Returns:

Within 30 business days of receiving the goods, if any quality problems are identified, we offer complimentary return and exchange services. However, if the product is without any quality issue and you wish to proceed with a refund, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process:

Quality-Related Issue:

If verified, we will either replace the product or refund the full amount.

Replacement: New product dispatched within 3 days normally under the original shipping address

Refund: Processed within 3 days, may take 5-10 days to deposit into your account.

Transportation Abnormalities:

If goods are lost or returned during transportation, contact our customer service for investigation. If untraceable, you’ll need to file a complaint with the courier company and share the complaint record number with us.

Replacement: New product dispatched within 3 business days, using the same express delivery method.

Refund: Processed within 3 business days, may take 5-10 days to reflect in your account.

No Quality or Transportation Issues:

If you wish to return a product without quality or transportation problems, return shipping costs will be borne by you. Please contact our customer service for the return address.

Upon receiving and verifying the product’s condition, we will process the refund within 3 business days. It may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Cases:

Products damaged due to improper use, incomplete original packaging, malicious rejection, or received beyond 30 business days are not eligible for return.
