SECTION 4 — 30-DAY RETURNS AND 1-YEAR QUALITY WARRANTY

4.1 30-Day Return Policy

Eligible products purchased directly from www.voltrx.com may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the requirements and exclusions stated in our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.

For non-quality-related returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4.2 1-Year Quality Warranty

VOLTRX stands behind the quality of its products.

Products purchased directly from our official website are covered by a 1-Year Limited Quality Warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

If a VOLTRX product develops a verified manufacturing defect or quality-related problem during normal use within this one-year period, VOLTRX will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Replacement with a new or equivalent product; or

  • A full or partial refund, where appropriate.

VOLTRX has maintained this customer commitment for years as part of our approach to product quality and customer service.

The warranty generally applies to defects in materials, workmanship, manufacturing, or product performance arising under normal and intended use.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse or abuse;

  • Accidents or external impact;

  • Improper charging, storage, maintenance, or operation;

  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair;

  • Failure to follow product instructions;

  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear; or

The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, displayed prices may not include:

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and VOLTRX LIMITED.

Shopify is not the seller of VOLTRX products and is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, safety, warranty, return, or performance of products sold by VOLTRX.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising directly from transactions between you and VOLTRX.

  • Every technical defect will be immediately corrected.

  • Any statutory warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VOLTRX LIMITED AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY WHERE SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, OR OTHER LIABILITY THAT APPLICABLE LAW PROHIBITS US FROM EXCLUDING OR LIMITING.

YOUR STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS REMAIN UNAFFECTED.

SECTION 19 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless VOLTRX LIMITED, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and Shopify and its applicable affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from:

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from VOLTRX's own unlawful conduct or where such indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
